المسؤوليات

• Research target accounts and build personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
• Create qualified meetings for Account Executives and the founder.
• Use AI tools for research, sequencing, call preparation, and message testing while keeping outreach human and precise.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track conversion from account list to meeting held and opportunity created.
• Test positioning around assessment quality, AI hiring trust, EU AI Act readiness, and candidate fraud.
• Collaborate with growth marketing on campaigns, content, events, and follow-up motions.

المتطلبات

• 1+ year in sales, business development, recruiting, customer-facing work, or a strong internship track record.
• Excellent written and spoken French. English required. Arabic or German is a plus.
• Comfort prospecting, calling, handling rejection, and improving through feedback.
• Curiosity about AI, HR tech, assessment, and B2B sales.
• Strong organization and ability to work with CRM data and weekly targets.
• A practical AI mindset and willingness to build a better outbound system, not just send more messages.
