المسؤوليات

• Lead architecture for assessment runtime, voice assessment, evidence-linked reporting, and campaign automation.
• Turn roadmap items such as simulation pre-flight QA, Override Ledger, Candidate Transparency Record, and Assessment Passport into maintainable systems.
• Review and raise the quality bar on TypeScript, data modeling, API boundaries, observability, and security-sensitive code.
• Partner with AI science and product to make scoring pipelines auditable and explainable.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering practices that fit a small team scaling after fundraise.
• Make build versus buy calls for integrations, AI services, and infrastructure under real startup constraints.

المتطلبات

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack ownership.
• Deep TypeScript, React, backend API, and relational database experience.
• Experience designing production systems where reliability, auditability, and data privacy matter.
• Ability to simplify ambiguous product requirements into shippable technical plans.
• Practical experience with AI products, workflow automation, integrations, or data-heavy SaaS is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working directly with founders, customers, and early team members.
