The product is live, has completed its first enterprise deployment, and now needs senior execution across hiring workflows, assessment orchestration, customer onboarding, evidence delivery, and production reliability. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You will work directly with the founder and the Assessment Science lead. The planned start is conditional on the target pre-seed financing closing and cleared funds being available. Compensation TND 54,000 to TND 72,000 gross annual base salary. Provide independent scientific governance SIROCCO is seeking a senior psychometrician or industrial and organizational psychologist to advise the JobInterview.live ASSESS evidence program. The platform is live, but its empirical calibration, fairness, and validity work must be governed with greater independence and discipline. This is a remote fractional contract averaging up to one day per week, with short evidence-intensive peaks agreed in advance. You will advise and review. The full-time Assessment Science and ML Engineer will execute the analysis pipeline after the financing and validation-plan gates are met. Compensation EUR 12,000 to EUR 24,000 annual contract value, depending on commitment, scope, and credentials.
