Build the trusted assessment product SIROCCO is hiring a senior product engineer to turn JobInterview.live ASSESS from a founder-dependent platform into a reliable B2B product organization. The product is live, has completed its first enterprise deployment, and now needs senior execution across assessment workflows, customer onboarding, evidence delivery, and production reliability. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You will work directly with the founder and the Assessment Science lead. The planned start is conditional on the target pre-seed financing closing and cleared funds being available. Compensation TND 54,000 to TND 72,000 gross annual base salary. Potential equity eligibility is subject to financing, board approval, the final employee plan, and applicable law.
